When you’re a real coffee lover, every moment of the day is a good moment to have a cup of coffee.
When I get up, my favourite one is a black coffee. At work, I prefer a coffee with cream. When I go out to enjoy a coffee, I choose a macchiato (sometimes I add vanilla or caramel sirup). Or after dinner, it’ll be an italian coffee, one with Amaretto.

Home alone, excellent opportunity to do some baking. Cakes with bananas, chocolat and caramel stuffing. This is what we call a delicous Sunday treat. Hmm!
My little treat of the weekend. Pancakes with ‘caramel au beurre salé’. A delicious topping from Brittany, a region in the north-west of France (la Bretagne). It is made by heating a variety of sugars and can be used as a flavoring in puddings and desserts, as a filling in bonbons, or as topping for ice cream and pancakes or waffles. I’m in heaven!
