Finally spent an evening at home! The husband created a new colorful dish. White rice, veal olive and a creamy sauce with yellow pepper. As decoration he added green asparagus, mushrooms and zucchini. Lovely picture 😀
The husband surprised me with this lovely dinner. Tender kangaroo meat and mashed broccoli potatoes to which he added some cream. Delicious!
One of our favourites… Veal wrapped around a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. If you look well, you’ll see a ‘hidden’ layer of tomatoes, carrots, zucchini and raisins (yellow) under the white rice. The husband used yesterday’s leftovers from our Marrocan meal. He’s my little genius!
I know I’ve posted some pictures before from this absolute gorgeous Marrocan restaurant in Brussels (La Kasbah, Rue A. Dansaert). Every time we visit them, we’re amazingly well treated and the food takes you to heaven! Couscous or tajine, both dishes are just top!
As we watch the F1 Grand Prix of Spain, lunch preparations are quick and easy. A fresh salad of tomatoes, belgian endives, mushrooms, olives and crispy bacon. Left-over from yesterday’s vegetable lasagna. And ‘quiche’ with goat cheese and spinach.
Gnocci with olives, mushrooms and cheese sauce (made with Spanish cheese). A nice and simple dish.
Friendly staff, large choice of dishes and perfect price/quality food!
