Chicken with wild mushroom and tarragon sauce

It’s not my prettiest dish, but the wild mushroom with tarragon sauce is just lovely. Ingredients for 2 big eaters: 400gr chicken, 40gr butter, 3 onions and 2 cloves garlic, 200ml white wine, 150ml cream, 500ml chicken stock, 250gr wild mushroom, salt, pepper and a handful of fresh tarragon. Takes 30 minutes to prepare.
