A 19th-century dish of Russian cuisine, which was created by the French chef Urbain Dubois in the employ of Prince Orloff, former Russian ambassador to France. Main ingredients are veal, mushrooms, onions, bechamel sauce and cheese. Let it brown into the oven during 45-60 minutes on 180°C. Because of the cheese, it’s a rather ‘heavy’ meal, so we only added French beans (prepared with butter, onions and garlic). Enjoy!
