Seafood risotto

Was so looking forward preparing the Chepherd’s chicken pot pie from thebrookcook blog using seafood filling instead of chicken filling. And then I discovered we don’t have any potatoes anymore 😢. Last-minute decision: seafood risotto. I used the following seafood: mussels, shrimps and squid. Fresh from the fish shop this morning. We are so lucky living in a neighbourhood full of fish shops open on Sunday. Very unusually in Belgium, almost all shops are closed on Sunday. Vegetables choosen are peas and green asparagus. Enjoy!
