Veal fillet, such a nice taste and very good for my WW program (1 point for 100gr uncooked veal). Easy to cook, a bit of salt & pepper, cuisson rosé. The husband invented his own ‘orange’ homemade sauce: 3 carrots, 1 tomato, 1 potato, boil them in water. After 15 minutes, put them aside and add a soup spoon of apple-calvados jam, cream and salt & pepper. Mix into a middle thick sauce that you put for 1h in the fridge. The combination of the hot white rice and veal fillet together with the cold sauce (onwhich you put a bit of curry powder) is just incredible.
